How long does it take for my order to ship?
With the shirts being customized shirts we ask that you allow 10-14 days for your order to ship out. If your order is just for the shirts with no customization then it will usually ship out much sooner. Also in case of a backorder, or any delays we will notify you as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been completed, and has shipped we will email you the Fedex tracking number.
What is your return policy?
If for some reason you need to return your order, you will need to contact us at service@cheapbowlingshirt.com. Customized shirts can only be returned if they were damaged upon receipt, or if there was an error on our part in the customization. Customized shirts cannot be returned due to size. If you ordered a shirt without customization, we will allow you to exchange them for a refund (minus 15% restocking fee), or exchange.
Shirts allowed for return or exchange must be unused, and in brand new condition.
Return shipping is the customer's cost, and we will pay to ship out an exchange or reshipment.
How much does it cost to have my name on the shirt?
Good news. We allow you 1 free line of text (limit 10 characters) on any apparel item. If you wish to add more text there is an additional $.35 charge per letter. If you want text on the back of the shirt, or any other options please contact us at service@cheapbowlingshirt.com for price quotes.
Can I use my own artwork for customization?
We are happy to accept your team or company logo for customization on your order. Please submit the file in a high resolution jpeg, pdf or vector file and our artists will determine if the file is printable. If the art requires manipulation to be usable, there is a $30/hour fee with a half hour minimum charge. Once the art is is in an acceptable format, it must be digitized, which means the art must be translated into stitches so that it can be embroidered. The digitizing process fee is $40. These are both one-time fees as once the artwork is digitized it will be on file for future use.
Who do you ship with?
We ship with FedEx. They only deliver to physical addresses, so if you have a PO BOX you will need to list your physical address as the shipping address.
